Hi All,
We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 8:00 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 8:30 PM.
Issues included in release: - Medicare card improvements: The expiry date on some Medicare cards now uses a simpler month/year format. We also fixed an issue where the save button could become unresponsive when editing a Medicare card. - Identity verification - Medicare: Resolved an error that could prevent Medicare details from being verified through GreenID after the date format update. - Identity verification - international passports: Added support for verifying international passports (non-AU/NZ) through GreenID, including visa status checks. - Card payment processing: Upgraded the connection to our card payment provider (Worldpay) to use a newer, more secure method. No change to how payments appear or behave for users. - Disbursement payee names: Azupay payouts now include the customer's full legal name (including middle name) to meet regulatory requirements. - Credit check history: Fixed a date/time display inconsistency in the Equifax credit check history view.
