Issue with Tags
Investigating - Biz Core is currently experiencing an issue affecting Tags. Currently any Tags that are added to Records are not being saved correctly.

We are aware of this issue and are currently working on a resolution, and will continue updating as we have more information. Please keep an internal note of any Tags that need to be applied, until the issue is resolved.

Scheduled - Hi All,

We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 8:00 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 8:30 PM.

Issues/Features included in release:
- Sidebar Messages Download:
Users can now Export messages from the Sidebar into a separate browser tab, for downloading.

- Loan Repayment Rescheduling:
After a declined transaction the system will reschedule the next repayment using the current loan repayment amount from the Loan Summary rather than using the amount of the next scheduled repayment.

- Self-Service Page Custom Tags:
Subscribers can now create custom fields for customers to fill in on the Self Service Page. Customers can enter these tags (e.g., player names) when selecting products.

- NZ Drivers Licence:
Fixed an issue where the NZ Driver’s Licence’s were not showing uniformly across the system.

- Bulk Payments Validation Behaviour:
When a user attempts to upload the same bulk payment file twice, the system will now include a warning to the user that a matching payment already exists.
