Outgoing disbursements Delayed
Resolved - Thank you for your patience. This incident has been resolved. Reports should be processed shortly but please get in touch with support if you have any issues or questions.

Investigating - We have identified an issue affecting our payment process, specifically related to transaction status updates. As a result, some status updates may currently be delayed.

Disbursements of subscriber funds, along with the associated reports, have also been delayed. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and expects all transaction statuses to be updated and all pending disbursements completed by the end of the business day.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the matter.

Scheduled - Hi All,

We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 8:00 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 8:30 PM.

Issues included in release:
- Fixed an issue where searching by customer name on the Applications screen was not returning results
- Fixed an issue where cancelling out of the customer merge window would return users to the first page of results instead of their current page
- Fixed an issue where a customer's email address was not able to be updated when a new email was entered via an application form
- Fixed a display issue where the Green ID verification status was overflowing its field
- Improved the loan repayment calculator audit log to show separate messages for previewing and confirming a payment schedule
