Upstream delay to direct debit processing for payments dated 27/08/2026
Monitoring - Our upstream banking partner has confirmed that they experienced an extensive network outage on 27/08/2026.
Due to this, some direct debit payments were delayed in being issued to other banks and in some cases have not been exchanged with other banks until today.

This will likely result in delays of response times for all affected payments. We will update you once we have further information on this.
From today all future repayments are expected to process as usual and systems have been fully restored.

Investigating - An issue has been identified related to direct debits dated 27/08/2026.
We reviewed our own scheduling and submission process and found it completed without error but we noticed that there may have been a delay in processing time of our upstream banking partner.

We've reached out to them for comment and clarity on the cause, and will post an update here once we hear back. At this stage we expect that all scheduled transactions will process but will be delayed.

Monitoring - Azupay has advised that services have stabilised and the incident is now resolved.

Payments that were delayed or failed during the outage (3:04pm–3:27pm AEST) have been reprocessed.

Investigating - Our upstream PayID provider, Azupay, is currently experiencing an incident affecting PayID, causing errors and delays for some payments.

Some customers may see errors or delays with incoming and outgoing payments via PayID.

Azupay is investigating the issue and we will continue to provide updates as further information becomes available.

We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 7:00 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 7:30 PM.

Improvements:
- Added clearer on-screen messages when a credit check can't be completed to give users more information to remedy the issue.
Fixed:
- Added safeguards to approval step and decision engine step which prevents duplicate loans being created from a single approved application.
- Back end fixes to allow customer merge to handle records which have incomplete email domains.
- All income entries submitted with a lead now display on the Customer Details page.
- Fix for an uncommon issue where disbursement details saved incorrectly causing the loan to not appear in the disbursement list.
