Hi All,
We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 8:00 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 8:30 PM.
Issues/Features included in release: - Sidebar Messages Download: Users can now Export messages from the Sidebar into a separate browser tab, for downloading.
- Loan Repayment Rescheduling: After a declined transaction the system will reschedule the next repayment using the current loan repayment amount from the Loan Summary rather than using the amount of the next scheduled repayment.
- Self-Service Page Custom Tags: Subscribers can now create custom fields for customers to fill in on the Self Service Page. Customers can enter these tags (e.g., player names) when selecting products.
- NZ Drivers Licence: Fixed an issue where the NZ Driver’s Licence’s were not showing uniformly across the system.
- Bulk Payments Validation Behaviour: When a user attempts to upload the same bulk payment file twice, the system will now include a warning to the user that a matching payment already exists.
