We can also share that the root cause was an unannounced change on our SMS provider's side that stopped messages from being accepted. We have updated our connection to match, and no changes are needed on your side.

Our 3rd party sms provider is experiencing an unexpected outage which is resulting in errors when attempting to send sms. We have reached out to them and will update you once we have more information.
