We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 8:00 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 8:30 PM.
Issues/Features included in release: - Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where generating and sending monthly loan statements caused significant delays in other email deliveries throughout the day. Loan statement emails will now be queued to prevent disruption of time-critical customer communications. - Field Order Update: Adjusted the order of Income, Expenses, and Commitments fields to better align with industry standards and subscriber requirements. - Error Logging: Implemented minor improvements to error logging for greater reliability and traceability. - Loan Creation Fix: Corrected a rare issue affecting the creation of loans for business customer types. - Credit Card Payments: Fixed a small formatting issue related to the Credit Card Payments commitment type. - Lead Management: Resolved a minor issue that allowed users to click on a customer record that had not yet been created when viewing an incomplete lead.
