Azupay has advised that AWS will be conducting planned maintenance on their AWS Direct Connect endpoints in collaboration with their NPP Banking Partner.

This activity is non-disruptive and is scheduled to avoid any service interference. However, BizCore systems that rely on Azupay for PayID disbursements will be closely monitored during the maintenance window for any unexpected service impact.

We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance today, starting at 2:55 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 3:05 PM.

📦 Fixes Included in This Patch:

✅ BizCore – Scheduled Transaction / Starting Balance Fix
Removed unintended default Starting Balance applied to subscription products.
Ensures accurate agreement creation and loan schedules moving forward.

🛒 Frontend – Product Listing UI Fix
Resolved issue where the Add to Cart icon was not interactive on product listing pages.Customers can now interact with products as expected.

Investigating - Impact: Some loan operations, ledger loading, and payment scheduling.

🧭 Current Known Issues Under Investigation
• Ledger Load Failures (Loan API Errors)
•Affected loans are failing to load ledger data due to the following backend errors:
   Invalid payment frequency.
   Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal.
 • ✅ QA has reproduced the issue and a fix is being implemented.

• Missing Direct Debit Schedule After Payment
 • A payment was recorded, but the remaining direct debit schedule disappeared unexpectedly.
 • 🔍 We're currently investigating whether a rule or backend recalculation caused the removal.

🛡️ What We're Doing:
• Triage and hotfix development is in progress
• Affected services are being monitored via Application Insights and Rollbar
• High-priority cases are being escalated to the dev team
• Improvements to validation, schedule generation, and error handling are being prioritised

🛠️ Planned Fix Deployment
• A patch deployment is scheduled for tonight at 8:00 PM AEST
• This patch includes fixes for:
  • Repayment frequency logic
  • Decimal overflow in compound interest calculations
  • Ledger and future scheduling behaviour.
• We will monitor system health closely post-deployment and confirm resolution with impacted users

✅ What You Can Expect:
• Affected features should return to normal functionality after tonight’s release
• Subscribers will be notified once the patch is live
• No manual action is required from your end

We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 6:20 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 6:45 PM.

✅ Included in This Patch Release
🔹 Fix: Ledger Load Failures • Resolved Invalid payment frequency error during repayment schedule generation
• Fixed Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal exception due to unbounded calculations in compound interest logic

🔹 Fix: Loans with "Once-Off" repayment frequency now load successfully
• Ledger rendering logic has been updated to support all valid frequency types

🔹 Fix: Missing Direct Debit Schedule After Payment • Resolved issue where schedules were unexpectedly removed after a one-off payment

🔹 Fix: Deletion of Future Transactions.

- Calculator & PayPlan Enhancements:
•Loan Calculator UI improvements
• Integration of Fee Change Table into PayPlan Calculator for future fee adjustments
• Centralisation of PayPlan Calculator logic across Payment, Product, and Loan modules
•Support for storing calculator inputs for auto-rescheduling
• Add/remove arrears amount toggle on calculator recalculation
• Logic to prevent agreements from overpaying

-Product & Payment Validations:
•Addition of voucher number field during product purchase
• Support for "Product Paid by # of Days from Agreement Start Date"
• Improved validation and visibility on the Paid By Date selector
•Fix for out-of-order payments not affecting payment amount
•Correct handling of initial payment mismatch on self-service page
•Validation improvements for self-service date range and payment amounts


- Bug Fixes:

• Fix for Payrix payment being applied twice but not affecting the balance.

• Resolved issue with cancelled PayID causing both requests to fail.

•Venture reports have been successfully disabled.

• Resolved issue preventing customer view after merging.

•On loan cancellation, completed apps can now revert to work status.
