Payrix Scheduled Quarterly Maintenance Mar 8, 2026 15:00-19:00 AEST

Hi All,

Our upstream payment partner, Payrix, will be performing scheduled maintenance on Sunday, 8 March 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm AEST.

During this time there may be intermittent disruptions to Payrix card payments through the Biz Core platform between 3:00 pm–4:00 pm and 6:00 pm–7:00 pm, with up to two brief outages totalling no more than 20 minutes.

No action is required. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

Scheduled - Hi All,

We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 8:00 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 8:30 PM.

Issues included in this release:

- Improvement to performance for generation of the transaction report
- A change to Direct Debit forms so all forms display the phone number recorded in the customer details at the time of sending
- New Create Application and Create Loan buttons added to the Customer Details page, allowing subscribers to skip the customer details step when creating applications and loans via the wizard
- Backend improvements to request logging
- Bug Fix: Bulk payments now display the loan status change from previous to new
- Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where entering a BCC value in a loan product email template updated the BCC field across all templates
- Bug Fix: Address Multiline Tokens no longer display
values in certain cases
- Bug Fix: Application Last Action timestamp is no longer hidden
- Bug Fix: Improvement to ABA description when bank details are missing
- Bug Fix: Added an error message when Credit Sense bank account numbers are missing during import
- Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where, in rare cases, loan auto-rescheduling selected an incorrect date due to a public holiday (data fix completed for affected loans)
- Bug Fix: Minor fix where admin users could apply two refunded claim statuses by clicking twice
- Improvements made to ABA disbursement file generation to block duplicate file creation
- Bug Fix: Fixed an issue related to Direct Debit agreements created via API

Scheduled - Hi All,

We wanted to notify you that Biz Core platform will be undergoing maintenance tonight, starting at 8:00 PM. During this time, the platform will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. However, we anticipate that the platform will be fully operational by 8:30 PM.

Issues included in release:
- Minor fix for handling missing data when importing bank account details from Credit Sense bank statements.
- Bug fix for automatic rescheduling when repayments are moved due to a public holiday. In rare cases, loans selected an incorrect future repayment date. A data correction has been completed for all affected loans.
- Minor fix to the leads search functionality.
