Hi All,
We’ve now confirmed that the recent performance issues were the result of a platform-level issue with our cloud provider, Microsoft Azure. This affected a number of customers globally and was caused by a backend infrastructure change on their end. Microsoft has since resolved the issue, and we have observed system performance returning to normal.
We’ll continue to monitor closely to ensure ongoing stability. Thank you for your patience while we investigated this alongside Microsoft.

Hi All,
We have confirmed that today’s slowness is linked to an ongoing Microsoft Azure platform incident. Microsoft has advised that recent backend changes are causing degraded performance on some customer databases, including ours.
Our engineering team is working directly with Microsoft to verify the scope and fast-track a fix. No data-integrity or security issues have been identified; service performance is the only area affected.
